Get-Voucher is an official digital platform operated by ADVISING LTD, providing online course access, certification vouchers, and exam access for VMEdu partner programs (Scrum, Six Sigma, Agile, Marketing, and more).
2. Is Get-Voucher an official partner?
Yes. ADVISING LTD is an authorized VMEdu partner, which allows us to distribute official online courses and exam access through the VMEdu ecosystem.
3. Who provides the training content?
All course content, exams, and certifications are delivered by VMEdu, a global certification body.
Get-Voucher handles only the purchase, delivery, and support process.
1. How do I purchase a voucher?
Simply:
Select your certification.
Add it to your cart.
Check out securely.
Receive delivery within 1–2 business days.
2. What payment methods are accepted?
We support secure online payments through professional payment service providers.
All payments are encrypted and processed securely.
3. Will I receive a receipt?
Yes. A confirmation email and receipt are sent immediately after successful checkout.
1. When will I receive access to my course or exam?
Delivery begins immediately after purchase and is typically completed within 1–2 business days.

2. What should I do if I don’t receive the access email?
Check your spam folder first.
If you still don’t see it, contact us at support@get-voucher.com and we will assist you quickly.
3. Can I start learning immediately after receiving access?
Yes. Once your access is delivered and activated, you can start learning anytime, at your own pace.
1. Do vouchers have an expiration date?
Yes, each voucher has a specific validity period set by VMEdu.
After expiration:
access may be disabled,
exam rights may no longer be valid,
extensions may require additional fees.
2. Can I use a voucher after it expires?
No. Once expired, a voucher cannot be used or reactivated unless VMEdu approves an extension (fees may apply).
1. Can I get a refund?
Refunds are possible only within 48 hours of purchase and only if digital access has NOT been delivered.
2. Why are refunds not allowed after access is delivered?
Once we activate:
online course access
online exam entitlement
digital content
learning accounts
The order becomes strictly non-refundable, in accordance with UK digital-content regulations.
3. What if I believe my situation is exceptional?
You may contact us at support@get-voucher.com.
While refunds cannot be guaranteed, we will review exceptional cases at our sole discretion.
1. What if I need more time to complete my course?
You can extend access through VMEdu:
£25 → 1-week extension
£100 → 1-month extension

You will find exam scheduling options inside your VMEdu account once you start your course.
2. Can I reschedule my exam?
Yes. VMEdu allows rescheduling for a £50 fee.
3. How many exam attempts do I get?
Most VMEdu certifications include:
1 initial attempt
2 FREE retakes
Additional attempts cost £50 each.
4. How do I receive my certificate?
Once you pass your exam, your digital certificate will be available in your VMEdu dashboard.
You may also be listed in the official VMEdu registry.
1. Can I gift a voucher to someone else?
Yes. During checkout, simply enter:

They will receive the course access email directly.
