1. Introduction
Welcome to Get-Voucher, a platform owned and operated by ADVISING LTD (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Website.
2. Definitions

- “Account” means a user account created on the Website.
- “Digital Products” refers to vouchers, online courses, exam access, certifications, and any digital content delivered electronically.
- “Vouchers” means digital exam access, online course access, or any online certification entitlement delivered electronically through VMEdu or its affiliated partners.
- “Services” means the sale, distribution, and delivery of Digital Products through the Website.
3. Eligibility
To use our Services or create an Account, you must:
- be at least 18 years old,
- be legally capable of entering into binding agreements,
- use the Website for lawful and legitimate purposes.
4. Account Creation
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an Account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been performed by you.
5. Orders & Payments
Prices are displayed in GBP or as otherwise indicated.
By placing an order, you authorize ADVISING LTD and its designated payment service providers, including Stripe, to process and charge your selected payment method.
We reserve the right to:
- refuse or cancel an order,
- verify purchaser identity,
- decline transactions suspected of fraud or abuse.
6. Digital Delivery
By purchasing any Digital Product, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- Digital delivery begins immediately upon purchase, or within 1–2 business days, depending on the product category.
- Delivery is deemed complete once the voucher, access code, or login credentials have been sent to your email address or made available in your Account.
- Once delivery has begun, your statutory right to cancel digital content under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations no longer applies.
7. Waiver of Withdrawal Rights (UK Law)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, purchasers of digital content lose their right to withdraw once delivery has begun.
By purchasing from Get-Voucher, you consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once delivery has started.
8. NO REFUND POLICY (Strict)
This policy applies to all vouchers, courses, certifications, and digital access.
8.1 Non-Refundable After Delivery
Once any voucher, access credential, course enrolment, or certification link has been delivered, the order becomes strictly non-refundable, without exception.
8.2 Refund Window Before Delivery
A customer may request a cancellation within 48 hours of purchase, provided that no voucher, course access, exam credential, or digital content has been delivered.
After 48 hours — even if delivery has not yet occurred — the order becomes strictly non-refundable due to internal administrative processing, digital license allocation, and exam seat reservation procedures.
However, you may contact us at support@get-voucher.com if you believe an exceptional circumstance applies. While refunds cannot be guaranteed, we will review your situation and determine whether an alternative solution may be offered at our sole discretion.
9. Relationship with VMEdu and Third Parties
Get-Voucher acts solely as an authorized reseller of VMEdu and affiliated partner products.
ADVISING LTD is not responsible for:
- course content or updates provided by VMEdu,
- exam scheduling, administration, scoring, or certification decisions,
- downtime or technical issues on VMEdu platforms,
- changes to exam policies or requirements,
- consequences of user non-compliance with VMEdu rules.
Any disputes relating to exam results, certification eligibility, or VMEdu platform issues must be directed to VMEdu directly.
10. Intellectual Property
All Website content—including text, logos, images, graphics, icons, and software—is the exclusive property of ADVISING LTD or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any material from the Website without prior written authorization.
11. User Obligations
You agree to:
- use the Website lawfully,
- not engage in any disruptive, harmful, or fraudulent behavior,
- not interfere with Website security or functionality,
- not misuse vouchers, access credentials, or exam-related materials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these obligations.
12. Pricing & Modifications
Prices, availability, and product descriptions may be updated at any time.
Changes do not affect orders that have already been completed and delivered.
13. Availability of Services
While we strive to provide continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to:
- the Website,
- digital delivery systems,
- third-party platforms (including VMEdu).
We shall not be liable for disruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service failures.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADVISING LTD shall not be liable for:
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
- loss of revenue, data, reputation, or certification outcomes,
- issues resulting from third-party services,
- exam failures, platform unavailability, or user error.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Digital Product in dispute.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ADVISING LTD from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:
- misuse of the Website or Digital Products,
- violation of these Terms,
- fraudulent activity,
- disputes involving third-party providers or VMEdu.
16. Termination of Accounts
We may suspend or terminate your Account with immediate effect if:
- you violate these Terms,
- fraudulent or abusive activity is detected,
- you misuse vouchers or exam access.
No refunds will be provided following suspension or termination.
17. No Professional or Educational Advice
Information provided on the Website does not constitute professional, academic, or career advice.
You use Digital Products at your own discretion.
18. Third-Party Links
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites linked from our Website.
19. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of England & Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
