1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing Get-Voucher for your online exam and course purchases. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for digital products purchased via our Website.
Because we sell digital content, online exam access, and online course access, all refunds and cancellations are governed by the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for digital services, as well as internal operational rules that ensure fair allocation of exam seats and licenses.
2. General Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase, and only if no voucher, course access, exam credential, online learning content, or digital delivery has been provided.
After 48 hours, all purchases become strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether delivery has taken place.
3. Strict NO REFUND Policy After Delivery
Due to the nature of digital goods and exam license allocation:

Once any part of the digital product has been delivered (voucher, course access, exam login, or certification entitlement),
the purchase becomes final and non-refundable.

Delivery includes (but is not limited to):

Access to an online course

Access to an online exam

Activation of a learning management account

Receipt of exam booking details

Any form of digital entitlement

This policy ensures compliance with UK digital content regulations and protects the integrity of exam seat allocation.
4. Cancellation Before Delivery (48-Hour Window)
You may request a cancellation within 48 hours of purchase, provided nothing has been delivered.
After 48 hours — even if delivery has not yet taken place — the order becomes strictly non-refundable due to internal administrative processing, digital license allocation, and exam seat reservation procedures.
However, if you believe an exceptional circumstance applies, you may contact us at support@get-voucher.com.
While refunds cannot be guaranteed, we will review your request and determine whether an alternative solution may be offered at our sole discretion.
5. Course Extensions (Optional Service)
If you are unable to complete your course or exam within the allotted time, extensions may be available:

£25 for a 1-week extension

£100 for a 1-month extension
These extension fees are final and non-refundable.
6. Exam Rescheduling
Proctored exams may be rescheduled for a £35 rescheduling fee.
This fee is non-refundable and must be paid before a new exam slot is confirmed.
7. Exam Retakes
For most VMEdu-proctored certifications:

You receive two (2) free exam retakes if you do not pass on your first attempt.

Additional attempts can be purchased for £50 per retake.
Exam retake fees are final and non-refundable.
8. Limitation of Liability
In case of any dispute, perceived failure of service, or technical delays beyond our control:

ADVISING LTD’s liability is strictly limited to the amount you paid for the Digital Product.

We are not responsible for:

lost wages
-
travel costs
-
opportunity loss
-
third-party delays (including VMEdu platform downtime)

exam failures
-
rescheduling costs
-
Under no circumstances will reimbursement exceed the original purchase price.
9. Proprietary Use of VMEdu Study Materials
Course materials provided through Get-Voucher are the exclusive intellectual property of VMEdu.
You may not:

reproduce
-
distribute
-
record
-
translate
-
transmit
-
or reuse any part of the course materials
Doing so constitutes a violation of copyright law.
By purchasing from Get-Voucher, you confirm that:

you are taking the exam as an individual learner,
-
you are not affiliated with a company that provides training for non-VMEdu partners.
10. Information Confidentiality
Get-Voucher and VMEdu will not disclose your personal information except:

upon verified request,
-
with your written consent,
-
or where required by law.
Your information may be used to inform you about:

other courses,
-
certification updates,
-
exam reminders.
Upon passing an exam:

your name may appear in the official VMEdu public registry,
-
you may be listed among certified professionals,
-
you may appear in training-related materials (if applicable).
Your personal information will never be posted on Get-Voucher’s website or social media accounts without explicit consent.
11. Non-Solicitation & Certification Registry
If you earn a VMEdu certification:

your name may be added to the official certification registry,
-
you may appear in class-related media content (training photos, success showcases, etc.).
This registry is a standard part of the certification process.
12. How to Request a Refund

13. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:

Get-Voucher cannot refund to a different payment method.
14. Exclusions — No Refund Under These Circumstances
Refunds cannot be offered if:

the voucher, course, or exam access has been delivered

48 hours have passed since purchase
-
the voucher has been redeemed
-
the course has been accessed
-
special promotional prices were used
-
access to the student portal was activated
-
the student has scheduled or taken an exam
-
the learner violated any VMEdu exam rules
-
the learner failed technical requirements (equipment, internet, etc.)
