Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at get-voucher.com. We appreciate your trust in our platform for purchasing vouchers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our refund policy lasts two days. If 48 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Students may be able to cancel their registration for the course and exam within two days of making the payment to get-voucher.com provided they have not yet taken the exam. The cancellation cost is 50 GBP. Cancellation requests will not be entertained two days after making the payment. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Course extension: If students are unable to complete the course or take the exam within the stipulated time, they can extend their online access either by paying 25 GBP for one week or 100 GBP for a month.

Exam Rescheduling: Students can reschedule their proctored exam by paying a rescheduling fee of 50 GBP.

Exam Retake: For all proctored exams, students get 2 Free retakes. If, unfortunately, students are unable to pass the exam even after the 2 free retakes, they can purchase an extra retake by paying a retake fee of 50 GBP.

Limitation of Liability: In case of any disputes or perceived failure to provide service as agreed, get-voucher.com will only be liable for the amount paid by the student towards the fee paid. Get-voucher.com will not be liable for lost wages, travel costs, or any other incidental costs a student may have incurred. The total value of reimbursement provided to a student by get-voucher.com will not, under any circumstances, exceed the amount that the student has paid for the Voucher/Exam.

Proprietary use of vmedu.com study material: We will provide you with course content, which is the proprietary property of our partner vmedu.com. Therefore, no part of any course materials may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, or translated into any language, without our prior written consent. Any such activity constitutes a violation of copyright laws. You also represent that you are solely participating in the vmedu™ certification exams and that you have no relationship with any company that provides training for non-vmedu partners.

Information Confidentiality: Get-voucher.com and our partner vmedu will not distribute your personal information or disclose the personal details to anyone except on a case-to-case basis after proper verification of the person requesting the information or in case of legal requirements. Your personal information could be used to inform you regarding other courses provided by vmedu. Also, information about your course registration may be provided to co-workers in your company who may ask for references for our course. Your name will be added to the list of successful candidates if you pass any certification from vmedu, and may be displayed on the vmedu website or Social Media.

Non-Solicitation Policy: If you pass any certification exam, your name will be added to our partner certification registry. You may also be featured in photos or videos of the official partner classes showing how we teach.

Get-voucher.com will not share your personal information on our website or social media pages unless you give us explicit consent.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@get-voucher.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Order Number]”.
  2. Provide Information: In your email, please include the following information:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Reason for the refund request
  3. Wait for Confirmation: Our support team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, the following steps will be taken:

  1. Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming the approval of your refund.
  2. Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
  3. Method of Refund: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Exclusions

Please note that certain circumstances may prevent us from offering refunds. These include:

  • Vouchers that have been used or partially redeemed.
  • Refund requests made after the 2-day eligibility period.
  • Vouchers purchased during special promotions or sales events (unless otherwise stated).
